Interview Tips

  • Keep it clear and simple – use short sentences and list your duties for each job.
  • Highlight recent, relevant roles – especially warehouse, industrial, construction, cleaning or logistics experience.
  • Include licences or certificates – such as FLT, CSCS or other industry cards.
  • Arrive on time and dress appropriately for the type of work.
  • Be honest about your experience, availability and what kind of shifts you can do.
  • Prepare 1–2 examples of when you worked hard, solved a problem or supported your team.
